By registering for, accessing, or using make-a.click ("the Platform", "the Service", "We", "Us"), you agree to read, understand, and be legally bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you are strictly prohibited from using the Service and must deactivate your account immediately.

2. Description of Service

make-a.click provides users with tools to build, customize, host, and share personal bio link pages, including widgets (countdown timers, YouTube/Spotify embeds, social link integrations, etc.). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, tool, or part of the Service at any time without notice or liability to you.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (username and password) and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. User Content & Conduct Guidelines

You retain ownership of any text, images, links, graphics, and widgets ("User Content") you publish on your profile. However, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content for the sole purpose of operating the Service. You agree not to upload, link to, or distribute any content that:

• Is illegal, defamatory, threatening, abusive, harassing, or hateful.
• Contains phishing pages, scams, malicious code, malware, or deceptive redirects.
• Infringes on the intellectual property, copyright, patent, trademark, or privacy rights of any third party.
• Contains non-consensual sexual content, explicit pornography, or is otherwise harmful to minors.

5. Verification and Abuse Prevention

Users may submit verification requests. Verification is granted at our sole discretion based on safety check reviews. We reserve the right to revoke verification status or suspend accounts that mimic verified entities, engage in coordinate spam, or violate safety guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All aspects of the Service, including the website design, logos, assets, custom components, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of make-a.click and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
